Colgate has traditionally been a company that is very physical product-minded but they wanted to find new venture opportunities that were grounded in their existing brand strengths but had the potential of recurring revenue with a more service mindset.
One of the venture ideas evaluated was a toothbrush with a camera that could predict multiple oral risks through machine vision.
Portal to a Better Student Experience
Conducted qualitative research with students and administrators for one of the largest Canadian universities to identify end-user needs and insights. This helped build personas to aid in creating a digital-first student-administrator platform that spans many departments including the registrar, university residences, and faculty departments.
