This helped build personas to aid in creating a digital-first student-administrator platform that spans many departments including the registrar, university residences, and faculty departments.

A traditional consumer goods company that sells primarily through big-box retailers and online marketplace wanted ideas to transition to providing direct-to-consumer service offerings. These services needed to complement their existing brand perception in the market while creating new revenue streams and deepening customer engagement.

With pandemic-related school shutdowns causing additional stress on families, a large toy and baby gear company wanted to generate new business ideas that would alleviate pain points for primary (parents and legal guardians) and secondary caregivers (teachers, grandparents, and nannies) during and beyond the pandemic.
